The number of sessions required can vary depending on your individual needs and goals. Some clients begin to notice changes within 6-8 sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term therapy. We’ll regularly evaluate your progress to ensure the sessions are helping you reach your goals.
Yes, we offer a sliding scale or reduced rates for clients experiencing financial challenges, depending on availability. Please reach out to discuss your specific situation, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, we offer bilingual counselling sessions in both English and Tagalog. You can choose the language that you are most comfortable with to ensure you feel fully supported during your sessions.

If you need to rebook or cancel a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may incur the full session fee. We understand that life happens, so if you have an emergency, please reach out to discuss possible accommodations.
Yes, your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance at Pulse Counselling Inc. Everything you share during sessions is kept strictly confidential, and we adhere to the highest standards of privacy. The only exceptions to confidentiality are situations where there is a legal obligation to report, such as if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. We will always discuss this with you before proceeding if necessary.
It’s completely normal to feel unsure about starting counselling. We offer an initial consultation where you can discuss your concerns, ask questions, and determine if counselling is the right path for you.
