  • Lunch-and-Learn Sessions (1 hour): Quick, impactful workshops on stress management, mindfulness, or mental health awareness.
  • Half-Day Workshops: In-depth explorations e.g. work-life balance, resilience building, or emotional wellness in teams.
  • Full-Day Trainings & Retreats: Comprehensive programs combining multiple topics, hands-on exercises, and group connection.
  • Ongoing Wellness Programs: Monthly check-ins, group coaching, or wellness support plans to embed mental health practices over time.
