About Pulse Counselling

We believe healing starts with feeling truly seen and heard. That’s why our approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and understanding—because therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all.

We work alongside you to explore your challenges, your strengths, and the life you want to build. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, our focus is to create a safe, supportive space where real change feels possible.

In-Person & Virtual Sessions — Flexibility to connect how you feel most comfortable—visit our Calgary office or meet online.
Bilingual Counselling — We offer sessions in English or Filipino, so you can express yourself in the language that feels most natural.
Culturally Sensitive Practice — We honour your background, beliefs, and identity in every conversation.

Meet Gray

Hi, I’m Gray — a counsellor who knows how hard it can be to keep going when life feels heavy. I’ve lived with depression for many years, so I understand that sense of exhaustion and isolation that can come with it.


But I also know something else: even in the hardest times, there is strength in you that hasn’t given up — the same strength that brought you here, looking for support and healing.


My own journey has included loss, big life transitions, and the challenge of starting over in a new country. Along the way, I’ve learned that healing isn’t about "getting over" our struggles, but about finding ways to honour them, learn from them, and continue forward with hope.


At Pulse Counselling, I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure or judgment. Together, we can explore what matters to you, what hurts, and what helps — and reconnect with your resilience.


Hope doesn’t always look bright or loud. Sometimes it’s quiet, just enough to help you take the next small step. If you’re ready, I’m here to walk that path with you.

Our Vision

We envision a world where mental health care is accessible, culturally sensitive, and stigma-free. We believe everyone—whether they are navigating life as a newcomer, balancing the demands of a professional career, or carrying the weight of grief, anxiety, or life transitions—deserves support that feels human, safe, and empowering.


We are especially committed to creating space for communities that are often underserved or overlooked, including newcomers to Canada, professionals facing hidden struggles, and members of the Filipino community seeking culturally attuned support.


Our vision is to help people reconnect with their strengths, build resilience, and create more meaningful lives—one conversation at a time.
